WeL Support Tools
I created various software tools, authoring templates (Word VBA macros), FAQs, a project Web site (shown above), and other tools to facilitate the development, sales, and support of Wiley eLearning courseware. For example, to help customers determine whether their PCs could support our Wiley eLearning (WeL) product, I developed a "WeL-ness Checker" (shown below), which was simply a Web site that used JavaScript to check the client computer's specs. If a configuration problem existed, the site would tell users how to update their PCs. I developed this in HTML/Javascript.
